Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time in order to receive in-store credit. We have a 5 minute grace period, after that it's considered a no show. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling for no shows. We reserve the right to reschedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to reach out to us in advance if you anticipate being delayed. While we will do our best to accommodate such situations, please be aware that our ability to make exceptions at certain times is limited.
